Fixed scanners incorrectly setting their model targets. This fixes the bahaviour of several scanners such as the login gates, which were behaving like retinal scanners.
Map:
Removed duplicated scanner buttons, which were causing conflict.
Fixed reflections for the gates and elevator doors.

Added localization to Overhead Chat, so the settings are more descriptive.
