The Frequency of which you receive your Salary seems to be bugged. According to ghost with a gun , You are suppose to receive your paycheck every 10 minutes, but no matter which of my characters I play, I seem to receive mine anywhere from 1 hour to 1 hour, 30 minutes, or not at all for a period of time. Example: I was on the server for over 5 hours straight yesterday, and only received about $9.

Just saying, The source code for the "Sit Anywhere" Script is publically available here, So technically they could re-code it to work better for IX, and make it to where their is a list, or whitelist of authorized spots to sit.
