      Description of Ailments: PT suffered acute trauma to a finger on his right hand. Trauma presented as breaking and lacerations. Trauma came about from securing HEV suit in tube.

      Description of Treatment: PT was given trauma care consisting of disinfecting of lacerations, bandaging and splinting of finger. Patient was recommended to go to Med Lab Six after work for further treatment.

      Comments: This definitely calls for an worker's compensation claim.
