PT Department: ScienceDescription of Ailments: PT was shot up to twenty four times all over his body, excluding his head.
Description of Treatment: Patient was rendered trauma care on scene. Tourniquets were applied, a nasopharyngeal airway was inserted to assist his breathing through his airways. While I was working on his sucking chest wounds, Medical Trainee Thomas Kenwoods was gathering a pulse. After no pulse was found, I examined the PT was shot by multiple times in both lungs and the heart, the PT was dead.
Comments: Not our department, but twenty four rounds is a bit much. Medical Trainee Kenwoods has shown a depth of knowledge in medical care and should be promoted to full Nurse.
