How active are you within the community?
I joined quite recently, but I am free most of the week. I am in college currently, but I'm fine alerting when something coming up will take up too much time.

Do you have any characters holding supervisory positions?
I am not holding any supervisory positions.

Do you have any whitelists other than the default one or ones given by supporting?
I do not have any other special whitelists.

Do you have past experience in a similar position at other places?
I was staff in a Clockwork HL2RP server named "Astropunch" for one year before its closing. I have been staff on Clockwork mostly, on some communities which have shut down pretty early in their lifespan. Non-similar positions include just DarkRP moderation, which isn't that similar.

What is your motivation behind joining the staff team?
The Black Mesa community seems to be quite an amazing community, where roleplay is definitely amazing. The players all seem respectful, and in my experience, most of them actually good at roleplaying.

I would love to be a staff member to help this community grow and do what I can to help new players not feel so overwhelmed as I might have when I first saw a simple research document. I'm not now, which is what I want to help players through. Certainly, this community is that of a special one. I've been in many serious RPs before, none of them actually serious where the community was closed off, leaving new players in the dust wandering the empty areas. This community was the opposite, not only were new characters welcomed, every person was approachable and you could easily start a conversation. I was pleasantly surprised, and the roleplay presented afterward was even better. Documents properly written, bureaucracy done right somehow.

All of it combined together to form a great server, one of which I would love to join the staff team to help keep it like that, or even see it change for the better.
