Uniform & Equipment Regulations
-
Due to previous interactions with certain members of the Security-Department, I've decided to make a clear guideline for what you, as a Security-official can and cannot carry or wear.
Here's a quick sketch I've made, this is how your average Security-Officer should look while on duty.
Security Vest & Helmet
The armor vest is also referred to as the Security-Vest, which is a vest created out of a synthetic fiber that can withstand low-caliber rounds limited to nine-millimeter, sub-machinegun, and buckshot ammunition. It can even shield its wearer from certain types of explosives.
These same principles apply to the helmet, those two types of equipment cannot, however..
stop a 357. revolver, a desert-eagle or a crossbow, all of which are utility sometimes deployed within the B.M.R.FBoth of these gadgets are limited to the rank Junior Officer+
Uniforms
The standard Security-Uniform usually consists of black-assault boots, dark-blue pants, an equipment belt, a black tie, and a blue shirt.
White-shirts for the Security-Department are reserved for Sergeants+, our emergency-response uniform which consists of a green-shirt and other uncommon utility for it such as a gas-mask, etc. is reserved for the Emergency Response Team only.
There are no exceptions to these regulations, and should you decide otherwise you are subject to punishment.
Weapons-Artillery
Baton & Tazer
Our standard-duty baton is a tool made of metal, rubber, and plastic. It is used to immobilize an opponent effectively, a baton can be lethal with blows to the head. It is only accessible for Junior Officers+ since you're required to pass basic training.
Our standard-duty taser is a non-lethal sidearm that fires electrodes, basically, prongs that release a high-voltage on impact with the designated target. It is an effective way of immobilizing someone. It is reserved for the rank Junior Officer+
Glock-17
The Glock-17 is a reliable sidearm that utilizes nine-millimeter ammunition, it can be accurate and effective when used appropriately. It includes a decent rate of fire. This gadget is limited to the rank of Officer+
Notice: You are only allowed to carry one sidearm and one primary firearm at a time, having more than one sidearm or primary will be punished severely if caught. This does not include the Tazer
MP5
The MP5 is a quick-deployable sub-machinegun with a high rate of fire, which often makes it difficult to control. It typically uses 9x19mm rounds, but variants of it can also integrate 45. ACP. It is reserved for emergencies only and requires authorization from Security Leadership meaning Lieutenants+ | All Emergency Response Team members regardless of rank can be certified with the MP5
Notice: You are only allowed to carry one sidearm and one primary firearm at a time, having more than one sidearm or primary will be punished severely if caught. This does not include the Tazer
Spas-12
The Spas-12 is a powerful breaching tool and pump-action shotgun that fires buckshot in a cone-shaped pattern. It features two firing modes, with the standard one firing half as many pellets with less spread. It is usually only incorporated by the H.E.C.U forces, It is reserved for emergencies only and requires authorization from Security Leadership meaning Lieutenants+ | All Emergency Response Team members regardless of rank can be certified with the Spas-12
Notice: You are only allowed to carry one sidearm and one primary firearm at a time, having more than one sidearm or primary will be punished severely if caught. This does not include the Tazer
357. Revolver
The 357. Revolver is a double-action revolver capable of firing no more than six rounds. It is a very accurate and powerful handgun and will puncture any protective gear, its use is thus reserved for the rank Sergeants+ | All Emergency Response Team members regardless of rank can be certified with the 357.
Notice: You are only allowed to carry one sidearm and one primary firearm at a time, having more than one sidearm or primary will be punished severely if caught. This does not include the Tazer
Each firearm listed requires you to have a license to carry it, which is not a state license. . rather one you gain by completing training for those types.
Any gadget not listed here is either highly illegal or simply is not contained within our armory. Any unauthorized carry will be punishable by the Code of Conduct guidelines.
I would also like to refer everyone here to the Use of Force Policy

Under the Department Listing spreadsheet you're able to see which employees are generally certified to carry firearms and which types, being certified does not mean you have the authorization to carry a said firearm, the regulations listed here cannot be overwritten by any other document.
