Clearance Level 1 - Public

All the documents and areas bearing clearance level 1 are accessible by the public. Any person in the world can have access to the information, or an area, that is assigned this clearance. All the documents or science articles that are accessible through the Internet have this clearance level.

Clearance Level 2 - Limited 🧪

All the documents and areas bearing clearance level 2 are accessible only by the staff of the Black Mesa Research Facility. The public does not have access to them, nor they should have. All employees within BMRF have access to documents and areas with this access level.

Clearance Level 3 - Confidential

All the documents and areas bearing clearance level 3 are accessible only by employees that have proven themselves to be capable of working effectively, either by participating in a project, successfully maintaining the facility, securing personal and equipment, healing employees with urgent matter, or some other means.

Clearance Level 4 - Classified ️

All the documents and areas bearing clearance level 4 are accessible only by employees that have been picked to represent the most capable researchers, technicians, security guards or doctors in Black Mesa Research Facility. All Heads of Departments, Directors and Administrations have this clearance by standard. To gain level 4 access, you need to prove that you can be trusted with highly classified information, and that the bright future can get closer with your help.

Clearance Level A - Administration

All the documents and areas bearing clearance level A are accessible only by the directors and head of departments. Most of the information marked by level A are staff-related. All the HR representatives, Directors and Bosses have this clearance level.

Clearance Level B - Biology 🧬

All the documents and areas bearing clearance level B are accessible by the researchers that are working at the Biological Department. Other employees can have access to the information or areas only with the permission or escort of someone with the clearance level B.

Clearance Level P - Physics

All the documents and areas bearing clearance level P are accessible by the researchers that are working at the Physical Department. Other employees can have access to the information or areas only with the permission or escort of someone with the clearance level P.

Clearance Level S - Security

All the documents and areas bearing clearance level S are accessible only by the staff that are working at the Security Department. Other employees can have access to the information or areas only with the permission or escort of someone with the clearance level S.

Clearance Level X - ███ 🥽

All the documents and areas bearing clearance level X are accessible only by ███████, including ████████ and ██████. Researchers that have this access can have the main control of the Anti-Mass Spectrometer, as well as ██████ to the ███ ███████████. To gain this access, a scientist needs to be trained in the use of Hazardous Environment Suit, as well as be a part of the Survey Team.
