When did you join Limefruit? A while back, I remember playing the previous iteration with my friends.
Have you ever been administratively infracted? No.
If so, what was the infraction and how long ago was it? N/A
If so, did you appeal and have your appeal accepted? N/A

Describe your style of roleplay: My style of roleplay is slow-paced, heavy, and realistic behind my characters. I value every bit of passive-rp to build up my character and the players around me; I take my time and like to initiate a lot of roleplay scenarios- I try not to be a cookie-cutter.
How would you describe yourself OOCly? Competent and not a deadweight.

Do you acknowledge that your character can be terminated for both IC and OOC reasons, with administrative punishments resulting in a ban of any length being almost certain grounds for OOC termination? Yes, I acknowledge this.

      IC SECTION

      Name: Killian Nguyen Pearce
      Date of Birth: 06/31/1960
      Ethnicity: Asian American
Are you a native-born American citizen? If not, do you hold American citizenship, and what is your country of birth? Born in Vietnam and nationalized to obtain an American citizenship.
If the answer to both previous questions is no, do you hold the right to work on American soil? N/A
Are you currently facing litigation, criminal charges, or are currently wanted by any form of United States Law Enforcement? No.
Describe your personality: Focused and competitive. On top of that, I have an inviting-friendly atmosphere to perform my duties.
Do you hold any degrees, credentials, certificates, or any other certifications that would prove useful in a Human Resources environment?

      • Bachelor's Degree (Bachelor Science) in Human Resources Management

      • Master's Degree in Business Administration

      • Ph.D. in Human Resources Management

      • PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certification

      • SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) Certification

      • GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) Certification

      • PowerPoint Certification (Microsoft Excel)

Have you ever worked in a field relating to Human Resources or some other form of Administrative work? Yes, I have worked in both a Human Resources an Administrative work environment. It started in my junior year in college, got an internship for my district congressman and held a HR specialist job for a defense company.

Provide a short biography of yourself: I was born in Vietnam and raised there until the height of the Vietnam War. My family was South Vietnamese and sought refuge after the United States began to pull out. We managed to flee the country by boarding an American warship which brought us to the states. Luckily, my father was an ARVN officer who had connections with the American high-brass and government officials; it got us permanent residency.

Before we came to the states, my father helped me learn English and invested a lot of time and effort to shape me for American life. I quickly adjusted and underwent mixed treatments from my new community, such as racism and speculations. It did not hinder me, and I graduated with honors from my school (thanks to my parents keeping me on track) and went to college.

I first went to Texas A&M University to get my Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and went to a graduate school at Columbus State University to earn my Master's Degree in Business Administration. I paid for my college by enlisting in the Air National Guard (served for five years to obtain my GI bill). In between my education, I participated in an internship with my district congressman and worked as an HR Specialist for a defense contracting company. Both of these affiliations got me connected to Black Mesa's recruitment.

Before applying for Black Mesa's employment, I finish my Ph.D. degree in Human Resources Management from the same graduate school.

Do you Killian Pearce, here solemnly swear that all answers provided within this application are truthful and honest to the best of your knowledge? I do.
