Employee History Record
Born on February 1st, 1954, he was very smart as a kid. In his teenage years he got a little rebellious and found himself in some fights, however this ceased soon.

After graduating high school with astounding grades, Winslou got accepted into Johns Hopkins University, studying biology, where he also took separate classes in physics and chemistry. As a student, Carter performed a lot of scientific research with his fellow partners and teachers, which didn’t lead to anything astounding, yet still made a small impact nonetheless.

Officially obtaining his title as a Doctor in 1979, Winslou was invited to work in Aperture Laboratories. However, after 11 years of hard work he got fired, the official reason being “a consistent noncooperation while developing a highly important and classified project”.

Dr. Winslou tried himself out in educating children in schools; however, he quickly grew tired of it. Soon he applied for Black Mesa. With his prestigious degree and loads of experience, he got hired in 1998.

Working in Black Mesa, Winslou made a lot of progress in the biology field, including leading a Project Lux Culmo as well as becoming a Head of Biological department.

In 2023 Winslou got rehired to the new Black Mesa after the events of the Resonance Cascade.

  • Vitamin D deficiency: has low levels of vitamin D, which can lead to weakened bones, muscle weakness, and other health problems;​
