Black Mesa Research Facility Hacked, New Security Chief Outed As War Criminal

One of our sources at the Black Mesa Research Facility reported that the facility was hacked and recorded the following audio from the incident:

Good morning, I'm here to tell you about a certain figure you've come to known as Richard Wilkinson.
As you may have figured out by now, the entire leadership of the Black Mesa facility is backed by private investors.
Richard, however, reluctantly failed to tell you that the reason he was employed at the facility is a certain... history he has.
Richard, during the Great War against the xenians, was a commissioned officer in the First Special Operations Detachment Delta.
The job of his team? Extermination of anyone that came in contact with 'Potentially Infective Sources'. Close to three dozen people, dead.
