Anti Matter baseline

I would like to make some anti-matter to get some baseline stats for us to use when the new lab comes online next week just want to get ahead of things so we can focus on other things. After looking into this and talking about it with Dr. Carter I believe we can do this with a small blast chamber and a Penning trap being powered all of next week so we have at least a few milligrams to work with I am hesitant to make any more due to worries of instability causing a incident
